Challenge
A global branded merchandise agency required assistance with increasing its brand awareness as well as growing its sales pipeline for a relatively new retail leisure sector, where it had a foothold. To date, the agency had concentrated its efforts on sales-led communications and had produced very little in the way of engaging published content.

Approach
A content marketing plan was devised and was based around interviewing owners and senior managers for their market insights. These insights were keyword rich and once SEO optimised, were published on the client’s website. The content was used to engage their email list, which was sent to various contacts around the world.

Outcome
The campaign took place over 6 months and was successful in engaging the client’s email list and driving sales enquiries. As the sector was relatively young, the insights were very welcome. The content was keyword rich and helped to drive targeted organic traffic to the website, thus creating awareness and leading to sales enquiries.
